The ASF Board
ASF is overseen by a Board known as the Facility Management Group (FMG). This group is the coordinating, policy-making body for the Facility and as such it directs, oversees and monitors the Facility and its operations. The FMG sets the broad directions for the Facility through an annual reviewed Strategic Plan and approves placement requests.
There are five members of the FMG, which comprise of three (3) representatives from the PNG Government representing GoPNG agencies, one (1) AusAID representative and one (1) managing contractor (MC) representative.

Facility Director – Dr. Geoff Elvy is responsible for the effective management of the Facility and the delivery of the contracted scope of services.
Deputy Facility Director – Samson Vartovo assists the Facility Director in the effective management of the Facility and the delivery of the contracted scope of services. She also has responsibility for Monitoring and Evaluation within ASF.
Deputy Facility Director – David Meehan assists the Facility Director in the effective management of the Facility and the delivery of the contracted scope of services. She also has responsibility for Monitoring and Evaluation within ASF.
Recruitment Manager – Kali Secombe manages the recruitment of ASF Advisers.
Senior Facility Coordinator – Helen Konobo works in monitoring, induction and professional development of advisers.
Senior Facility Coordinator – Janice Bran works in monitoring, induction and professional development of advisers
Facility Coordinator – Denise Minicus supports ASF Advisers especially with mobilisation, contracting and induction.
Project Manager – Tarla Steffens
