ASF Team The ASF Board | The ASF Support Team
ASF is overseen by a Board known as the Facility Management Group (FMG). This group is the coordinating, policy-making body for the Facility and as such it directs, oversees and monitors the Facility and its operations. The FMG sets the broad directions for the Facility through an annual reviewed Strategic Plan and approves placement requests. The members of the FMG in 2007 are:
The Managing Contractor for ASF, Coffey International Development, has a team in place in Port Moresby to manage and support the operations of ASF. This team includes: Facility Director – Alan Pope is responsible for the effective management of the Facility and the delivery of the contracted scope of services. Deputy Facility Director – Tracey Johnson assists the Facility Director in the effective management of the Facility and the delivery of the contracted scope of services. She also has responsibility for Monitoring and Evaluation within ASF. Recruitment Manager – Elise Skinner manages the recruitment of ASF Advisers. Senior Facility Coordinator – Samson Vartovo works in monitoring, induction and professional development of advisers. Facility Coordinator – Denise Minicus supports ASF Advisers especially with mobilisation, contracting and induction. Project Manager – Nicole Brodie Logistics Manager – Obaha Nouairi oversees the management of the car fleet, assets, IT and insurance arrangements. Finance and Payroll Manager – John Melvin is responsible for financial stewardship within the office including leadership of the Finance Team. Deputy Finance Manager – Ms Colleen Darby assists with financial stewardship within the ASF office. IT Support – Uru Bouraga provides IT support within the ASF office and to all Advisers. Assets Manager – Geraldine Manlel manages ASF assets. |
